116 Auditors of the RAA are currently attending International Standard of Supreme Audit Institution (ISSAI) based Financial Audit Training at Professional Development Centre in Tsirang. The training is being delivered by ten in-house ISSAIs facilitators and mentors for Financial Audit who were trained in India under the World Bank Funded Project. The three-day training is mainly aimed to impart in-depth knowledge on the applications of ISSAIs in financial auditing process that encompasses the pre-engagement activities, planning and conducting an audit, completion and review, and reporting. It will also familiarize the participants on revised Financial Audit Manual of the RAA, which was published during 16th Audit Conference.
The training is being held from 15 July 2019 and will be concluded on 17 July 2019.
