Capacity development training on Construction Audits started today at the Professional Development Centre, Tsirang. The Hon’ble Dasho Auditor General using Google Hangouts (online address) reminded the participants on the importance of construction audit and urged to make best use of the opportunities and resources made available.
During the five-day training, 40 young participants (including three officials from Anti-Corruption Commission) is expected to gain better understanding on the fundamentals of construction audit and the methods and techniques of construction audit. It is also expected to equip auditors with adequate knowledge and skills towards enhancing professionalism.
The training is part of annual capacity development programme 2019-2020
