Second Batch of Upgraded Audit Information Management System (AIMS) Users’ Training started today at PDC

A total of 20 participants including officials and staff from head office and regional offices are attending the second batch of five-day capacity development program on Upgraded Audit Information Management System (AIMS) Users’ Training began today at Professional Development Centre – Tsirang.

Deputy Auditor General, Directorate of Services graced the opening ceremony virtually and emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts between the facilitators and participants to render the upgraded system useful and fruitful, as intended.

With the launching of upgraded AIMS, the RAA hopes to render follow-up process of audit reports timely to meet the aspiration of stakeholders. It also intend to help in optimizing the given resources including the expenditure on stationery and other supplies.

The AIMS upgradation project has been undertaken by following three experts group:

1. RAA’s ICT Personals;
2. RAA’s Business Team; and
3. iTechnologies consultancy firm

The training is expected to conclude on 04 December 2020 and is funded by DLG, MoHCA.
