13 Civil Servants in Executive, Specialist and P1 Management positions are currently attending Mindfulness Retreat Camp being held at the RAA’s Professional Development Centre in Tsirang from March 4-8, 2019 led by Khenpo Sangay Khandu and Lopen Tashi and Lopen Pema of Institute of Science of Mind, Semtokha, representatives of the Zhung Dratshang.
