The theme of the conference is \u2018Enhancing Integrated People-Centered Health Services\u2019. The theme demonstrates the Ministry of Health\u2019s call to move away from hospital-based and disease-based curative care models to a model where people and communities are at the center of health services.<!--more--><br \/>The conference will be attended by various categories of health workforce, representatives from the allied health agencies and other key agencies. The conference will provide a platform to deliberate on issues related to people-centered health services, other key issues faced by the health sector and for dissemination of key findings of studies.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Physical activity is an integral part of this year\u2019s BHC for which a separate theme for the promotion of physical activities: \u2018Initiating a National Wave to Combat NCDs\u2019 was identified.
